At present, I have to be content with that quote. I have not done my routine exercises for months. And I know it’s getting on to me. Yes, I’m in shape. I am rounder than before. *sour grin*
It’s 12:10 am already. I am almost done with house chores. I noticed I have no day-offs. Poor me. Wilbert’s help is even luckier than me. She could always have her day-off.
Wait, this one made me laugh. Yea, I am a multi-skilled slave: I can read an email while writing this post. Nice training, huh?
Pills for Obesity
“I’m prescribing these pills for you,” said the doctor to the overweight patient, who tipped the scales at about three hundred pounds.
“I don’t want you to swallow them. Just spill them on the floor twice a day, and pick them up, one at a time…”
Sounds plausible. But I tell you, I am round but I am not THAT overweight.

i agree. round is definitely a shape. and it definitely looks more eye-friendly to me.
the second was when i lost 30lbs just by eating 3 meals a day and just drinking water. no snacks, sodas, chips, sweets, etc. talagang tiniis ko. it paid off naman kaso one spoonful of ice cream proved my undoing ayun.
i twice successfully lost weight by doing tae-bo for 6 mos and lost 25 lbs. but when my workout buddy stopped going, i lost interest, and wham! the weight came back with a vengeance.
moral of the story: find another exercise buddy and start working out again. ang hirap if you do it alone. it won’t work for me.
so bingskee, find an exercise buddy and i think it will be helpful if you want to start a workout regimen.

mayo, i once had workout buddies, and it was fun and beneficial. something came and disrupted our workout session. it was held every other day during lunch time in one of the vacant rooms. after that i tried to continue. i miss the strength and self-satisfaction the workout is giving me.
and it came from a friend na mahilig mang-alaska about the physical appearance of women, stranger.
Is round a shape? Or just an adjective that describes a shape?
